12-year-old Florida girl charged after allegedly pinching boy's butt in school

A 12-year-old girl was arrested and booked into juvenile detention after she allegedly pinched a boy’s butt in school during what she described as a popular game at her Florida school.

The girl is facing misdemeanor battery charges after the incident at Milwee Middle School, which is outside Orlando, and was reportedly read her Miranda Rights, put in the back of a patrol car and later charged.

“Lord, lord, lordy. . . what has this world come to?” asked the girl’s father, whose first name is Ray. “Kids can’t even be kids, and that’s basically what it is. She’s 12 years old, she was acting like a 12-year-old child.” Fox News typically neither names minors charged with crimes, nor reveals the last names of their parents, to fully protect the identities.

The boy’s mother apparently disagrees, ClickOrlando.com reported. The boy reportedly told the school’s resource deputy that he did not want to press any charges. The accused, who said she didn’t know the boy, was suspended. The boy’s mother, however, asked that the girl be prosecuted for battery.

“I regret it,” the girl reportedly said in an interview. “I didn’t know it’ll lead to this.”

Authorities said the pinching incident occurred in March. KABC reported that the state attorney said the charge will be dismissed once the girl completes a diversion program that includes community service and a drug test.

The girl's father offered some parenting advice to the boy’s mother.

“I’m sorry my kid touched your kid. But I’m sorry because you need some help, I think -- too overprotective -- let your kid be your kid. He might get some friends, and that’s all I have to say.”

At 12 years old i was in adult-court with charges of assault with a deadly weapon causing bodily harm.
Stemming from a school fight with an ex-friend who jumped me 3 on 1.
I weazled out if it then went at them one by one desperately soon after.. in the hallways while on a break.
I had my ex friend harassing me for a while which led up to that.
I had a teacher go and talk to his mother and she told his mom i was bad influence.
So his mother said he can't hang out with me anymore.. then he turned on me for some odd reason.
So i had beat em up boxing style and laid him on his ass twice.. i walked off and he started coming at me again
and i said well fuck this YOU WANNA fuck with fuck ? and i stabbed him and slapped him around so more.
I was like buddy fuck i am mopping the floor with your ass so fuck off already..
Teacher then right hooked me full force in the face and i left both my feet and flew backwards out the school door.
I went to court and got suspended and the teacher only got moved to another school.
I testified and said "i slipped" whoooops  hhahahah
..got found not guilty

Is it possible to contain the smell from a smokey backyard BBQ?

In Florida, one man had a run-in with an official over the scent wafting from his grill.

The video of the exchange between the homeowner, his friend, and a Pinellas county environmental specialist after a neighbor once again called to complain about the barbeque odor is making the rounds on social media.

Allegedly, that same woman has also called police to report the so-called nuisance, only to have the officers side with the homeowner.

That's when the county stepped in.

After complaint number 15, they sent out an inspector to document the "grill byproduct" and issue the homeowner a warning about somehow keeping his smoke from wafting into the street.

Now the taxpayers are on the hook for her detention.

Dateline Sandwich, IL, School:

A few weeks ago my sister told me that her son (my nephew) got in trouble during lunch hour because he got up from his seat and approached a fellow classmate to wish him well on his upcoming trip to DC during a major blizzard that was 100% expected. It wouldn't have matter what the convo subject was, he broke the rules: No leaving your seat during lunch hour till you hear the bell.

Now, that's what I call fucked up.
