Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

[2013-02-04 16:11:20] HTTP request failed: The requested URL returned error: 404

[2013-02-04 16:11:20] json_rpc_call failed, retry after 30 seconds

[2013-02-04 16:11:24] 4 miner threads started, using 'scrypt' algorithm.

A lot of these ltc pools block cpu miners to eliminate botnets mining on them.

I have the same problem. I am using the CPU miner which is on their website, so I don't see how it could be blocked.

I solved the problem - you have to remove the slash at the end of the address mine.pool-x.eu

Exactly same in my case, removed slash to solve connection problem then get "Couldn't connect. Try checking your username and password".
So frustrating.
