OK, I obviously can't understand letter on this documents so have to believe you in this.
But, if this is true, I can't say I'm shocked.
In dirty politics everything is possible and usually my enemy's enemy can be my friend, even if we talk about ISIS.
It's obvious that both Isis and Turkey have common enemy- Kurds and it's possible they made some kind of agreement in order to defeat Kurds and prevent creation of Kurdistan, what Turks fear the most.
It's obvious also that Turks army attack mostly Kurds in Syria or Iraq, and very rarely ISIS.

Funny claims  I still don't believe that Turkey supports them. Invoices don't prove that oil was sold to Turkey. By the way Turkey is a touristic country and everybody can visit as tourist. Nobody has a stamp on face that shows ISIS member. Turkish Forces and police arrest people who try passing border for joining ISIS. For example terrorist who made Brusselles attack was arrested and deported in Turkey and sent to Belgium (He was Belgian). Belgium Police released him. When bomb exploded in Ankara, terrorist organisation PKK opened a condolence tent in Brusselles and Police allowed it. By doing that Belgium supported terror and eventualy terror hit Belgium. Turkey have had terror trouble for 30 years and lost 50000 people in that dirty war. Turkey knows what is terror in painful way. Therefore never supports terror Whoever blames Turkey for supporting terror, should look mirror |

But, i may give you an information that turkish trucks go to Iraq for commercial transport and when return, they buy oil with their modified big fuel depots. Because oil is cheaper in Iraq than Turkey.. Maybe they buy oil from ISIS cheaper than ever. may it be an evidence that Turkey supports ISIS? |

ISIS invoices for the oil are not a "owner opinion", that's name is "Investigative Journalism", there is some difference from "Al Qaeda PR". |

Turkey and ISIS could potentially benefit off each other in more than one way,but then one would have to stop and backstab the other for things to truely work out. Turkey needs help with the Kurdish issue and I know just Canada alone is training and advising on a pretty significant level for such a small Country. Wonder how many other Countries are in the same boat building up a Kurdish presence. Its always the same,the guy they prop up ends up being the problem 10 years later.
