I was unable to withdraw ~0.67 BTC from their exchange as the hash would not send to my email. I have contacted support on numerous times and they claim that they cannot change the email address of my account (as they claim mail.com addresses don't work with their servers - even though I still receive CCEDK related news/ spam). What kind of exchange cannot change a customers email address? They have now stopped replying.

I have now tried to login and I no longer have an account with them!!!

What should I do?

Are you in Denmark? CCEDK seems to be an officially registered business there so perhaps you can contact some financial/consumer protection agency.

Thank you, I will try this before I contact the authorities. CCEDK must be doing quite poorly if they have to thieve 0.67 BTC from a user... It was my fault for trusting them.

How did you resolve it? I have similar problem with CCEDK. Ronny promised to return 75€ which CCEDK owes me on 25th of Jan.
I cant get any update from him since then. I have no credit on CCEDK account nor money on bank account.
I've sent money to CCEDK on Dec 2015.. I would never do that again ever..  Angry
