What about collateral? And you being a newbie member. What incentive does the lender have that you won't just run off with the bitcoins and not repay the loan when the 11 days are up?
There is trust system imposed here, do some exchanges then come back to ask for a loan when you have some trust from other members here.

The best advice I can give you is to try out faucets
0.011 btc is not a very big amount and can be gained with some effort on bitcoin earning sites like faucets or may be ptc
Just don't waste your time here because No collateral No loan

It is very impossible to apply for a loan request even without a collateral. No one will lend you that amount unless you have a valid collateral to offer for the lender. Remember that my friend!
