I can bet you, it is not for some social experiment. If I had access to that many verified Gmail accounts ...the illegal uses would be endless. You could create fake traffic to one of your scam sites... or

you can signup for services accepting verified Gmail accounts. {Let's say company X offers $5 vouchers for every legitimate signup... you could in theory make a shit load of money, if you could
