I just tried this site seems to work like a-ads pay per page view and click on the banner but they pay very low for each view only 1 satoshi / view
for per-click I do not know because I do not get a click, I'll be back after getting more info

it is both CPM and CPC so as explained in OP's Post so when you not get any click, you can get paid from how much visitor that visit your site. It is good for site with a lot of visitor

this also my question so I just wanted to add my self, adult ads keeps my visitors away and is not my culture to show it from my blog, so if this one can be filter I want to join this and another thing is this act like aads which means you'll pay for both visits and clicks right?
