Here's a video I've created to get you started with your first wallet and your first currency exchange.  It requires that you have a CapitalOne360 Checking Account (this used to be known as an ING Direct Electric Orange Checking Account before Capital One took over and re-branded it).  CapitalOne360 is currently pretty easy to set up on line if you don't have one yet, and they have no minimum balance required.

thanks for video.
No problem, I created it for a friend who was asking about how to acquire bitcoins and complaining that it was "a huge hassle and really difficult".  I kept trying to tell him that it's really easy and finally offered to create a demonstration video showing him step by step exactly what he needed to do to get a wallet and load it with some bitcoin.  By the time I was done with the video, I figured it might help others as well, so I appended a donation address and thew it up on YouTube.
