Thanks

Most signature sites don't charge for transaction within their site. I feel Blockchain to be the one with the lowest transaction fee.

Not sure what is the wallet with the lowest fee I use most of time XAPO or bread wallet. would be nice if there was a comparison website. The differences are not always obvious between the available wallets.

Most desktop wallets allow you to set your own transaction fees.

Beware of setting too low fees though. It might end up in limbo for several days if it doesn't get accepted by miners.

Imo it is best to just use the suggested fee (around 10k satoshi), it is hardly anything you will feel anyway. Alternatively, you can try lower fees, but this may slow you down a lot for a potential saving of a couple of cents..

A slight work around if you plan to make multiple moves would be to move it to a gambling site where they pick up the fees.
Instead of paying say 10 fees you pay one for 10 moves by moving the lump to a site that picks up the fees. Otherwise they all are mostly the same in price.

Mycellium have only 4k satoshi fee per transaction, and it's my bitcoin wallet favorite until now.
Anyway blockchain.info implemented a dynamic transaction fee now, that's why it's sometimes expensive and sometimes low.

Bitcoin core is great for calculating the fee and your supporting the network, even if you dont have enough space you can run it in pruned mode, however i think you have to download the full blockchain first before you can do that

No I have seen that people do it but eventually they close you down. Its best to move bitcoin to other sites as a middle man and never directly deposit into coinbase from a gambling site. Least this is what I have read,do not use coinbase personally,it was at one time only available to Americans and have not looked into it since.

Fees are not related to wallets, you normally choose what fees you are willing to pay. If you are looking for free transactions then you can use coinbase or xapo as the pay the fees for you. But with these kind of sites you do not really have any control over your btc

Blockchain.info .Not they have lowest transaction fee but they have enough to get your transactions confirmed within minutes which is  bliss I'd say. Most of the desktop wallets have function to set your own transaction fees.Low fees=Low priority=wait hours or days for transaction to get confirmed.

You can send 0 fee transactions with pretty much any client, and have it confirmed on the next block, depending on network conditions and your inputs.

Can we do betting with coinbase ?

Not a good idea. Gambling is against Coinbase terms of service. Coinbase can determine if you are sending bitcoin to or receiving from a gambling site and you will get your account locked. If you want to use bitcoin you bought at Coinbase at a gambling site you will have to use a mixing service to anonymize your coins and send to a desktop wallet you only use for gambling. Same for cashing out. You set up a separate desktop wallet for clean coins. Send coins from your gambling wallet to a mixer then to your desktop wallet for clean coins. You can then send from your clean wallet to Coinbase to convert to fiat. Do a little searching on reddit for more info or read my guide to anonymizing bitcoin.

Online wallets usually want to lure people with promise of no transaction fee - like XAPO. But if you are looking for good wallet transaction fees are the least of your concerns.
Op, I heard that you want use your wallet to proceed you gambling transactions. So you should know that there is possibility of ban your account by online wallet providers.

I think they can be a lot less; most of the people worrying about transaction fees are faucet-eers that rely on transactions of 10 cents at a time. Fees aren't supposed to be something to be worried about IMO. Not for now, at least.
