I think he is going to stay in hiding until someone forces him out.  There are people all over the world that lost money on his exchange.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

ok but in china is the number 1 in Altcointrading, so they could bring him to justice there.
I bet for sure he scammed chinese investors too, so they can bring him to the communist death penalty court ?

These guy wouldn't risk himself being caught in China where death penalty can easily be handed to anyone. I assume he's somewhere in an island where he can enjoy the scammed bitcoins.

According to his wife, he went to China to start a family with his new girlfriend who I assume is from China.  But they could have fled elsewhere.

There is no extredition agreement between US and China. We have to wait a long time to get our money back.

Well don't expect any money at all. If cryptsy falls. There is nowhere to get your money.
Even if they get Big Vern, remember 10k bitcoins were stolen, there is no way this guy owns this amount of money.

So he will not be able to pay you back. It's hard but it's realitity

we all can only hope to get our money back some day. but I am not so positive on about this actually happening.

I feel like all the stories are just for prolonging their scam, maybe they want to buy some more time. I only hope people with large amounts of bitcoin stuck have taken some legal actions against them.

There is a class action lawsuit that I am a part of (anyone in America can join it if they lost money in cryptsy).  It sounds like there is not much hope of recovering much from it though.

Is good for sure profit.
But cryptsy not credit my deposit.

But... Cry

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.

That's the problem with it.
The non US users can't have  a lawsuit, the US users can.
But the result is that Big Vern is the laughing guy since he won't be put to real justice.

Can't the customers from other countries file separate lawsuits?  I know they can't join the class action in America, but I was not aware that they couldn't file separately?

Interesting. But i will believe it if if the site will work normally.
This episode has been going on for quite some time now. Which makes me anxious to believe this 'good news.'

Will that crypto cracker be the person who stole the money from Cryptsy in the first instance. How can an outsider get the money back?

It seems he is not the person who stole from Cryptsy according to recent reports. Another person was responsible.

Cryptcracker probably doesn't know anything about the money.  He's probably just a troll playing a hoax.  At least that what appears to have happened.
