Personally I have not really had any problems. Expect the fees of cours, that always annoys me to the bone.

My paypal got limited before two years,but that was my mistake.
I`ve verified my account and now everything is OK.
The fees are high,but everyone is using paypal.

Have had paypal allow chargebacks multiple times siding with the scammer as they will always side with the credit card company.
I built a fail proof case against the scammers on multiple occasions but given paypal's policy they didn't even consider the evidence.

Shady shit.. When you have money on paypal it's nothing more than a number... Which can be easily taken away with a few keystrokes.

Actually I used it several times and I had no bad experience. However, if you are not in USA or Canada, fees are very high when it compares with others.

Yes I do hate paypal, just look at their desing it is like from 1999, and their website looke like it was done by begginer with no aestehtic feelings

We all hate paypal but we most of us need them sometimes for reason x they are good if you just take funds from trusted people or take other precautions to avoid being scammed i hate them myself but i need it because skrill or other payment services are not acepted everywhere

It works fine for me.
Maybe the fees are high but you are allowed to pay by paypal almost everywhere, and since its possible, It is really easy to pay online.

I wish bitcoin would be that common one day.

I do not know about you, but in Russia paypal requires identification data, such as tax identification number. I do not like this! What the spying of users?! And if I do not have this document, or the document is in another city? Its a bullshit!

Moreover, I had some problems with the service, and I am none of the tech support did not answer!

PayPal is a crook company, as bad as those who rip you off on these BTC website scams.  They cost a buddy of mine over $1,000,000 back in 2001 and when proven wrong in court, the settlement came to just over $16,000.  Crooks.
