The team currently has 3 (2 active) team members:
- Maindev (doing most work like setting up the pool, managing the shares, running the payouts, mostly he is posting here too)
- "support"dev managing the PMs here, collecting the shares from the users sent via PMs and sending it to the maindev
- "old" coindev who might not come back for some month due to personal problems (never discussed here and will never get discussed here)
We can say, that we are into Bitcoin since early 2013. One of us (me
) have always had the idea of creating an own coin. We saw many coins rise and many coins fall again. We have seen the AsiaCoin hidden premine scam and other scams.
The idea of a share pool came up with incresement of energy costs. Where we live, it is nearly impossible to mine any coin at the current energy cost. We have been in contact with some ppl telling us, that they only pay about 0,5 US Cent per KW/h but sadly we have to pay more than 30 US Cent
There is no official social media like twitter,facebook or reddit yet. We didn't think that this would be too important because most of the informations are given via bitcointalk.org at the moment.
We are working on a personal ticket system. The ticket system will be used (in the future) for handling most support/question about the pool,LC and general informations. The ticket system will be similiar to the ticket system you might know from cryptsy.com or other ticket systems (personal ticket number, sent via email).

The wallet will be comeing soon. We have had some difficulties with our old coindev.
We have a new coindev who will compile the wallets for us (
NOT from the original source code, he will create a new one, because we don't want anything to happen if old coindev would start his wallets up). The genesis block will also be a totally new one. As soon as we have the wallet we will begin to test the pool's payout system. The testing phase will last for 48h and will be announced. After 48h of testing we will release the wallet here on bitcointalk and on the comeing homepage. We will also add the wallet as a download to the pool.
After the wallet is out we will work on getting Lutetium to an exchange so people can trade their coins. After wallet release it will be possible to buy shares. Some of you already sent PMs about cost for share packages.
We think, that the most missing thing on cryptocurrencys is: trust. We have lost BTC on mtgox.com, on cryptsy, on other small/tiny exchanges disapearing. We don't want to create the feeling that we want to scam, and that's why purchases of share packages will be available AFTER the wallet release.

I even tried to see all members of bitcointalk sorted by posts and even then its not very clear.
I think its about 30 posts but some members with more posts are still newbie rank.
Yes you need about 30 activity points. But adding the linked ANN will not get you more shares. But upgradeing your forum rank will get you a new free permanent share. Depending on the amount of time we will need for this as soon as we have more attention to LC it might be changed.
***Next steps for April 27***We will answer the PMs now and update the shares. After that we will upload new excel sheet with new current LC per block amount. We will run the payouts once again with old, not updated, LC per block amount.
The payouts for April 28 will be calculated with new LC per block.
