I want to sell 10,000 IOTA for 1 BTC

The IOTA will be delivered, as soon as the wallet was released. If the wallet will not be released by end of April, then you could rescind from the deal and you will get your BTC back.

If desired, I could call an trustable escrow who will hold your BTC until IOTA were transferred.
