I doubt that steam will act in any way. It's not allowed to trade accounts there as far as I know.

Though it's always funny to what lenghts some scammers go to earn $3...

Edit: When I see his username then he probably created that bct account only for scamming. Scammers often enough see themselfes of teaching others a lesson.

Scam again? After his written confirmation here of scamming a person for $3, a person needs to be really dumb to have any dealings with him regardless if he pays first or not.

People get scammed a lot by those who have scammed before, mainly because of neglecting to check past dealing or history.
