-Ub3r ; 565 rep 0 scam reports
-ub3r ; 870 rep 1 scam report for service that was canceled later on.
-l33t + epic ; 165 rep ; Perm banned for ub3r.

Doesnt hackforums ban the account if logged in from a different ip address

from the title itself mate hack accounts, so which mean this user is an hacker so if he scam you you must report it right away and show your proof for this thread to be close and for our other mate to be alarmed. sorry for what happen to you that's why we have escrow here and always looking for a trust rate before dealing especially with newbie account.

You clearly dont know what your talking about..
You can use hf on as many ip's as you want, as long as you dont have more than 3 accounts registered on that ip.

Why?

Selling, trading accounts is prohibited and will result in a ban.
Every single upgraded account that has sudden changes in login IP/Browser/PC will get banned until Omni finds out that you're the real and original owner of the account.

You cannot have more than one account on HF. If any IP has had more than 2 accounts logged in, every single account associated with that IP will get banned. (omni checks that manually)
