There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I will accept this bid if the winner does not reply to my personal message. I sent the winner a message, received no reply and then about 15 minutes later the winner went offline. I will allow you to pay 0.035 BTC if the winner does not reply in the next few hours (give or take I'll allow around 5). I'll PM you info if the winner does not reply.
