Signed up and instantly forgot my password,been waiting 2 days for support to help me out. Tried getting a new password and they want you to sign a signature from your bitcoin wallet,which I never set up on the site. So I guess if I have to wait this long for a response its better for me to stay clear.

they have a very strict policy

Still unable to log in to my account due to forgetting password. Support has not responded to any attempts to fix this.

Gave this site a shot and also ran into sign up issues. How signing a message to a wallet is going to retreive the password is beyond me If I have not even linked a wallet. Support has been offline everytime I check, must be a Russian site.
