After reading through the posts on this site, I gave them a try with $150 AUD UKASH, I have yet to receive neither my BTC or a response to my email.

I genuinely hope this is just an issue of them being away for a day or so. Looking forward to being able to post on their topic in the main forum, hopefully I can get an answer or my BTC a little quicker.

Has anyone else tried their services?

Never tried or heard of them. How long has it been?
If all else fails you could try contacting them with their whois information http://whois.domaintools.com/bitcoin-services.co.uk
There is not phone number listed, but you may be able to do a reverse lookup.
