Find traders on Localbitcoins, choose your preferred payment method and start selling, since there are lots of buyers on LBC, it'll be easier for you to sell them their swiftly as compared to the exchanges because there is a verification process, which might take some time and then there are limits as to how much you're allowed to sell in a day.
You can sell it here on the forum too but you'll mostly find buyers with paypal and similar methods which can be charged back so that's not recommended.

local bitcoin make a account and sell a few for cheaper than the going rate so you can build up reputation.
then start selling them in 1-2 btc at a time.
you got to build up. Its gonna be tough to trust or be trusted to meet with someone and make a 5k ish transaction.

That's a good option to sell through localbitcoins.com, Even there are traders who are accepting bulk volume of bitcoins.

Kraken.com, Bitstamp.net, bitfinex.com, use these 3 exchanges, you should have enough monthly limits between these 3 to exchange your bitcoins quickly.
Don't use localbitcoins, you risk fraud, plus not quick.

i will always suggest using an exchanger for selling bitcoin, the price is always good (meaning the current price not above/below market for buy/sell) and also you can trust an exchanger more than you can trust another person on the internet with no address. but you might be limited to verification process which takes time.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip. Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Use localbitcoins.
You can also sell to big exchanges. But they do need your KYC information for bulk selling and buying.

Hello,
I am inquiring as to what is the fastest way to offload my multiple bitcoins -
I have enough to sell in lots of 10
(mods if this is not the section for this then please move or let me know thankyou)
i think pretty good way is to find a buyer that wants lots of bitcoins and sell to him, there should be bitcoin buyers that wants to buy them in bulk, and of course you can try to sell them in bitcoin exchange sites, though i'm not sure if it's not risky

The easiest and risk free method is to have accounts with 5 trading exchanges that exchanges to USD and divide your portfolio, the smaller the amount the faster it gets bought.

Why do we need 5 exchanges, while we can split the order into 5 smaller ones in the same exchange, right? Or is to avoid any tax implications?

The fastest way it to order a bitcoin debit card, and lift the limit to use the most of it and withdraw the bitcoins in the nearest ATM, otherwise finding someone locally would be better.

20 per deal ain't a lot. If you have a real big chunk find an otc deal or a dark pool deal via an exchange. I know itbit and kraken do them.

find a good exchange sites that lets you do that, fees should be smaller too because you sell lots of at same time or another good thing you can do, is to sell someone in real life, or find a buyer here on forum, i am sure that there are people that wants to buy lots of bitcoins at same time

If youre hitting up localbitcoins, just be aware law enforcements are now watching volume of trades being done.
Just dont do the obvious $10k per 1 transaction and create a small form.
I`ll post the florida incident here, if I can find it again. But you can probably google it.

I think bitcoin debit cards which can deliver card in postal address can be your solution. this cards usaully have 3000$ atleast maximum limit to withdraw you can use them without answering any question. ( i mean without KYC and verification).
