selling a paypal account with no hold i will give all data email and vps used still remain in the vps 1 mounth and 20 days im asking for 40$ or best offer

is this account 100% verified, or just email and phone verified.. only PVA verified paypal don't worth 40$, becouse we can easily purchase a US phone number for 1 or 2 dollars and varify our paypal by our selves,.
