I would believe if one would sell their account with just about 5 reviews but 100? I doubt. but maybe for $1000.
still its going to be a crazy thing to do as the freelancer wouldn't know how you're going to use it. i suspect for scaming.

Use escrow for not go first unless it's a trusted memeber who have enough feedback and avoid deals via skype!

You can not really be safe because the seller can contact the support very easy to recover the account, i work on freelancer for over 3 yrs and i know them very well just be carefully man
