this thread I decided that I would like to be able to track the value usd and gold. I would like to track more things of course but I don't really know where to start. I really like btccharts.com and bitcoincharts.com, they make it really easy to see the value of btc compared to multiple currencies. I was wondering if there was a way to get similar charts on a variety of commodities and currencies around the world.
I don't really know all that much about the stock market but I am pretty computer savvy(Not a programmer though). Is there a service I can pay for like btccharts or something similar?

Edit2: I forgot to add that the closest thing I could find was

this. But they are both pretty ugly and aren't nearly as useful as the bitcoin charts...
