Sad Esther holiday for me.

I mistakely broke my notebook screen during the esther holiday.
Placed pendrive cover on the upper side of the keyboard, i dozed-off b/t 23:00 -24:00 midnight and waked up around 1.30 not fully concious of what i was doing but, i only notice my notebook was still on. I drew it closer and close the screen.

Disconnect the pendrive by pulling out from the usb slot, searched for the cover for few minutes but, i could not find it becuase it has been closed together with the notebook

I heard some cracking noise after closing my notebook but, i was unable to figure out what could be the cause of the noise. The next morning i was shocked upon boooting my laptop only to  see broken screen on a new claptop without scratch.

Luckily, i can still manage to work because it only affected the lower left-end of the screen not the whole screen but, it's strainous when reading or designing for a long period of time.

So, i'm thinking of replacing the screen myself without spending much since i have experience in fixing computer's.

Finding the exact model will be rare so, the best idea is to get compatible screen model

Below is model of of my noteboook :

ASUS F553M
Screen size  : 15.6

Although, i have macbook pro but, i prefer notebook when going out. Most of my current program's are installed on notebook not macbook.

NOTE: i'm sorry for posting on this section. I know more response will come in for thread posted in this section

Three things:
1) Wrong section.
2) What exactly got broken, the display [1] or just the screen [2]?
3) Please clean up that messy desktop; my eyes are bleeding.

[1] Display - Link 1; Link 2.
[2] Screen - Link 1.
