John, do you have a Scottrade or other brokerage account to receive shares of stock?

I am trying to get a loan using that as collateral and need to find an escrow that could provide that service.

Thanks in advace!

What do you mean by your "GPG signed bitcoin address?"

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

He will post a message to you like the 'gibberish' below; you can see the address in plaintext, and you can verify his signature using cryptography.

how do i GPG sign the agreements?

1. Send the fees to the 1NB... address as stated in the contract.

2. Verify on blockchain

3, Send the escrow amount to the escrow address in the contract

4. Verify on blockchain, and notify the seller/me via PM so that everyone's updated.

5. Wait for the goods to be shipped, and notify everyone when all is well to release the funds

Check the links posted above, but GPG signing is not mandatory as I understand not everyone uses GPG.

Yep, but I guess it should be 0 or at most 0.0005 unless the funds are really fragmented. The tx fees when the funds are released to the seller, if any, is on me/seller.
