Couldn't you pgp-sign a message while offline, then creating a bogus forum account and publish the signed message?

That would be a bad idea.

The signed message would tie him to the bogus forum account.  How is that any different than using his actual account?

John K. Alternate Account = would only send or post GPG signed messages. Will always change password every log on and log off. Can be terminated by a mod or disabled, until he gets back on his regular actual account in a sterile environment.

But since he already has his tablet, then ... no need for the alternate account I guess. Just be careful with connecting to free wifi hotspots, they can be pineapples in disguise.

Edited by Sir Lagsalot 2013/11/28:

Still waiting. Sad

I emailed John K. and he released the funds almost at once. I guess he had a lot of private messages and overlooked mine.

So long as John's clear about his future obligations, I'd use his escrow service again. But I am gonna skip the tip this time.

College student, really? I always assumed by the name that he must be some senior guy in his 40s.

You thought a guy originally named johnthedong was in his 40s?  Smiley

To be fair he isn't american either, I don't think he knew what dong was slang for back then.
