Not that I know of, typical signature complain pays about 0.01 a week if you are senior and works hard. I don't make that much because I post less.
In a month, will be 0.04btc. To make .5, you are talking about at least 10 accounts, 300 to 500 posts. Just estimate the magnitude, not a suggestion to do this.

I am happy with bimixer.io and their campaign.  I earn nowhere near BTC0.5, bitmixer pays up to BTC0.035 (per week), and that is if you max out at 50 posts per week (which I have yet to do).  My typical is perhaps some BTC0.025 ($10 or so).

I agree with above comments that if you want more BTC, then get real work, and then buy the BTC.

Having multiple accounts and running up the number of posts just appears unseemly and a little abusive to me (IMO).

Any attempt would mean you need some bitcoin to work from to establish a good foundation. This can be done but you need a good grasp of the English Language and patience to achieve any goal of making bitcoin from this site. Gambling will not get you to this number,maybe odd jobs would but you would need to work a ton to get there as most assignments are exploiting people to work for peanuts.
There is a snowball effect once you achieve this amount it will become easier to double that again and again.
Obviously talking about signature campaigns if any one was confused where I was going.

you can start by joining a signature campaign and use that money (BTC) for trading. you can do that with YOBIT signature campaign that way you get paid small for posts and experience with trading and when you get better you can move to a more serious platform

Earning from nothing is really hard, from faucets it is not possible (the legal way), another source of your income can be from your skills, if you do not know any programming language or design you should start learning and being involved in some (small) projects could really help you reaching your goal of 0.5BTC a month.

I pay when i know that an user buy CAT using your ref code (your ref code could be your nickname).

Yeah in majority of cases we have seen that people loose all their money in gambling and it is not recommended to invest your money into gambling as the results are horrible.
