I'm publishing an app where you can post whatever you want in plain text. The text will be visible in form of a post. Send your hate, love, troll, spam letters, etc... (Express yourself...) Also html is enabled so send your links aswell.

Any phone platform that allow the instalation of opera mini. But it works with any browser that accept frames.

About the second question, yes it's similar to pastebin but limited to 45 posts per day.
