Why bitcoin transaction right now are slow?

Guys i just want to ask about the transaction why bitcoin transaction are very slow in confirming transaction?
Before 2015 the transaction is very fast and you can instantly receive bitcoin but this year the transaction right now is 30 minutes before you receive the transaction from other wallet..

Each second ~2.9 tx appear in bitcoin network. A block usually consist ~1400 tx, therefore a large amount of tx get left after each block.
Now the no. of tx pending has increased and there is a lot of congestion in network.

transaction get confirmed when a miner includes it in a block. now each blocks have a size limit of 1MB and are constantly getting full lately so some transactions have to wait for another block (hence your 1 hour wait). at times like these the miners choose transactions that pay highest fee per KB so increasing your fee will speed up the confirmation time.

aaaa thats why the transactions are slow but before the transaction is very fast unlike now.. the fee are the same just like befroe but the transaction is very slow in this year..

if you send a transaction with the proper fees, it will get confirmed fast in the following new block. the time between mining new blocks does not change so it is the same speed in 2015 or 2016
