if OP don't responding you. you can cancel the deal. there are new threads listed people selling full member accounts. better to bid on them then waiting for OP's reply.

OP was online but if no response then you can accuse of not fulfilling their end of the deal. You can send negative feedback and reference this thread in the negative feedback as proof. That will stop from this happening again from this member from doing another bogus auction with this account.

Doesn't that go against the whole "Trust" thing? 

I would post negative feedback to show others and to warn others that you can't do this and get away with it.  The OP will think twice about doing this again.
