I'm not secure about rules,
 but this mister is putting here comments and interpretation of facts at 100%
from the position of usual Al Qaeda internet recruiter.

There is a link to a Russian law, under wich many of postings of this mister are going as "extremists" and with "terroristic ideology".

I have no idea about forum server country law and USA law in this question.

The only one i can to tell - he is a salafi jihadist propagandist.

I don't have a cat, Vika. I was referring to the contributers of Meta/BitcoinTalk as a whole. If you have problems with a user, simply report them and capture any misplaced or wrongfully made posts to a moderator. Derailing threads will usually only fuel a potential wrong doer.

This salahi jihadist sect use call itself as "muslims". But they are not Muslims.

For example this mister call "freedom fighters" the usual criminals of ISIS who killed local Dagestan police convoy, and call it "Russian Army Convoy", as cause - the fight against invasors.

Calling ISIS + Al Qaida gunmens as "freedome fighters" in actions "against invasors" is 100% trolling.
The occupied country is calling Caucasus Emirate, the branch of Al Qaida.
