Hi,

Before you pull that http://lmgtfy.com/ shit on me, I did google it, but according to the browser and the web I'm visiting, the 'top 10' lists or whatever, do quite vary.

I've tried IPVanish but I didn't like it it and got refunded: the region specific servers are a lie, almost 50 percent of the proxys came from one region, perhaps some momentarily problems, but it is the kind of GUI or software I would like
I've tried HotSpotshield, but they can only connect to countries, and not regions, thus not interesting for me.
I have been looking for Hidemyass but I kind seem to find what sort of happened to it?

Anyway, what I am looking for:

- Needs to have alot of proxys/servers all over the world (looking for atleast 80-100 EDIT: 50+ countries)
- Needs to have region specific proxys that I can choose from, and not just states, the actual 'region' or 'town'/'city'.
- Doesn't need to be free
- Needs to have a socks5 integration option

Any recommendations or reviews of VPN services you use(d), know of, ... are always welcome!

THanks, premium service is indeed what im looking for, though the amount of countries is not quite the amount I'm hoping for, thanks anyway!

I am not aware of any VPN that allows you to connect through 80 countries. proXPN costs $75 a year while Private Internet Access costs $40. Search for some unbiased reviews (meaning no hidden referral links). When I did PIA always came out first or second. YMMV.

Well IPVanish has 60+: https://www.ipvanish.com/why-vpn.php that is according to them of course, too lazy to count them. But I'll admit, it's not 80 :p. I edited my original post to 50+. Thanks for pointing this out!

I have been using PureVPN for a couple years now and I have only good things to say. Costing only $50 a year for access to a huge number of proxies I have not hesitated to keep renewing.
Assuming you're using windows their application is great to use and comes with some great features (I tested using unencrypted vs. 128bit vs 256bit and saw <10ms latency difference when I was gaming.) With 256bit encryption and the compression they use I have not seen another letter from the RIAA and happily torrent and tour the deepweb (always use Tor  Wink) with confidence.

Hope that's been of some help!

Always hashing for the community. Oh, and dollars.

I'm with getflix. It's a DNS Service with free VPN for subscribers. You can buy it for $60/Lifetime which is a good deal on my opinion. I'm happy with it and the VPN has full speed.

I currently use Ivacy. They revamped their software last year and since then it has been getting good reviews. I also quite like it and it has some nice features for very little money at just 1.83 USD / month in a yearly plan.

Features include:

  • 200+ servers / 100+ locations (probably not countries though)
  • Unlimited server switching
  • Optimized for p2p sharing, torrents have downloaded at 3+ Megabyte per second regularly.
  • 5 multi logins from different devices, allowed to put on router
  • unlimited data
  • Split tunneling: Choose which services run through VPN and which through your normal IP.

Forgot, they are based in Hong Kong and keep no logs at all! And you can pay in bitcoin Smiley

I do know one that might fit your needs: ibVPN, it's a very decent VPN and has about 4-5 servers in plenty of countries some of them are not usual at all "Saudi Arabia etc...", They don't accept bitcoin though or at least the last time I checked.

That list is amazing, very comprehensive and pretty accurate, and very nice that you can see the country where it's based.
Thanks for sharing!

I have been using Tunnel Bear for almost a year now and I am loving it. It has browser extensions for Opera and Chrome and also supports Android and iPhone with dedicated apps along with a Windows app too. It is made for general users in mind and probably won't amaze any VPN power users like the OP but you can have 500 MB of data free every month. I think Tunnel Bear has servers in 18 countries but I think you can't choose a region or town because it's predetermined. But it's very easy to use you just flip a switch on the screen and you are connected in seconds.

Does vpn user cannot be banned in this forum??? I though its illegal here cause its illegal connection of internet connection and it change your ip location so you are anonymous and cannot be trace. Hmm i we use vpn is any possible that we will get banned??
