I want to ask what is the best software to get rid all off the ads like popping window ads. Coz Every time I visit a site then I click a link a popping window will pop up such as adnetwork? onelickad? forgot the names. I already the downloaded the extensions ad blockers but still not working though. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Search in chrome's addon library for it, if you find it there then it works.

I use Adblock Plus on Firefox & Chrome but i mostly use FF.
I see no pop-ups.

But i also unchecked the white-list enabled by default in the options (on both browsers)

But i also have another 2nd layer of protection that may be helping too.
And that is a GreaseMonkey script that i made originally years ago to block IsoHunt pop-up's.

Maybe show us an example of a page that is doing it?

Also i have known about NoScript for many years but it breaks more things that it's worth.

I just looked into adding the FF script i use on my Chrome install too.. problems LOL
or at least you need TamperMonkey.. which i don't want to bother with.

Here is the script i meant..

Code:
// ==UserScript==
// @name           Isohunt Popup Prevention
// @namespace      Popups
// @description    Prevent that insidious dating site popup
// @include        https://isohunt.com/*
// @include        http://isohunt.com/*
// ==/UserScript==

unsafeWindow.alreadyExecuted = true;

This link will tell you how to add it manually if you all want (note drag & drop don't work anymore)
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5258989/manually-adding-a-userscript-to-google-chrome

PS:
On Android i tried AdblockPlus but it kinda sucked with permanent notifications.
AdAway even worked better at blocking Ad's inside all app's etc that would sometimes crash the app on me. (like the WeatherNetwork APP)
Here is a link to the APK + Source code from XDA forums..

FUCK Ad's !!  Angry

PPS:
Go get the Adblockplus For Bitcointalk script made by one of the mod's here "grue"
It works good at removing Sig-Campaign Signatures Smiley
