It's the round circle in the middle of the Yubikey.

When you plug it in to the USB port, it a green dt in the center will llight up in the middle of a gold circle.  that gold circle if the button.

Its the gold circle, press it for 1 second to generate an OTP from slot 1, and for 3 seconds to generate one from slot 2.

your replies helped me. I thought I had skillz. When you said a light comes on I thought how could you see it since that part is facing down? Then it came to me. Lolll. was plugging it in upside downn. Argh.
