When this player registered, was there any max .12 btc rule?
You can't change the rules mid-promotion and enforce them on players who have already signed up and played.
It's your job to establish the rules before the promotion. Players will always take full advantage of any promo you offer by the way.
You are absolutely right here, the max available sum to cashout was missed and added later, we don't deny our fault here. Now it's stated in all new promos from the very beginning and also described in T&CHey, quit ignoring me, that's rude. You agree with me admit it's your fault, why won't you make it right? Pay them the money they requested to withdraw that you denied because of the new rules. |

I got a quite serious concern though: I played for about 3 hours and decided to cash out whatever's left of my account. Followed the cash out instructions, verified the request in my email. But it's been 21 hours since my cash out request and the status is still showing "pending". What gives? The account was eager to take my deposits in seconds, but it would take 20+ hours to withdraw? Can someone help?
