You should be able to dig around 4.6 Clam or worth around 3.2 usd at current rate (Used to be higher )

I have several thousand keys that have all had bitcoins in them in the past.  None of them have any bitcoins anymore.  I'll sell the keys to you for 10 BTC per key.  How many do you want?

Can I buy half of the private key instead ?

Certainly.  I'll sell you half of the private key for 5 BTC, but you won't get exclusive access.  I'll sell the same half of the same private keys to anyone else that wants to buy half-keys. The half keys will not be included in the sets of full keys that I sell, so you don't need to worry about anyone else buying the full key for the same address that you bought a half key.
