Hi there,

My friend goto and me have developed a Perl Bitcoin faucet that runs on Mojolicious. We host a testnet version here:

http://testnet.mojocoin.com

And the project is maintained here:

http://github.com/ciphermonk/Mojocoin-Faucet

It is a simple web server running on top of a bitcoind instance. We discourage running the project on the production blockchain just yet.

We mine on that server 24/7. Feel free to take some testnet coins or connect to our bitcoind instance for testing.

If you notice any bugs, you can let us know in this thread, or open a bug report in github.

Cheers !

Bump for a few weeks of smooth operation  Grin

People are running “automated faucet depletion scripts” so I had to tighten the withdrawal rates a bit. Sorry for all the honest people out there. But you should be fine with the current limits. Drop me a message if you need more!

Grant proposals from the Bitcoin Foundation have just been published:

https://bitcoinfoundation.org/blog/

If I can help in any way with the Bitcoin TestNet Faucet, I would love to be of assistance. Don't hesitate to contact me, I've got a lot of time on my hands.

You can check out what we have already: live faucet and github code in the original post.

Cheers!
