Dude, hack forums block ip LOCATIONS a working ip location is Hong Kong trust me I won't be giving you anymore locations though as that would bring multis

Not true.. I'm using a VPS (w/openvpn) to access HF...

i am not an expert but as long as the vpn ip you are using is not a free known one you can access it with anything BUT

"you have to hide the fact that you are using vpn"

i am lazy to go into details and it is long, but even with vpn you are leaking your information that may raise red flags for the forum hence they block you.

Search/Scan for your own SSH, it's residental and works perfectly for free. just google how to do it. It worked for me a long time ago. I can share a list with you for free, not sure if they still work but hey. its free. PM me.
