What's the point of selling a google account when there are so many ways to recover it? OP do you have a plan on how such a transaction could become more trustless, if not I think that this is too risky.

How could I recover it if I dont have access to recovering options? Buyer will change all the info.

It is very hard to believe that you didn't monetize your videos with 300k views. How do you have 500 subs with 300k views? You must have some pretty good videos.
