We will see... but even a rise to 8 sanoshis for TIPS would be a good start.

By the way even if there is a minor sell off that sell off will be very limited. As you know we are currently trading at 0 / 1 santoshi to the bitcoin and the miner know that and mining this coin is betting on a 10fold short/mid term

I sold what I had earlier to pay miners. I remained trapped, mining in the same place

hello

I'm new here, sorry for my english if it's not perfect.
I have an eye on fedoracoin since more than 2 months and it seems that it's on the way of a reborn.
The new website (http://fedoracoin.top/) is smart and I had seen that a new logo was created, when will it be on the exchange ? a renewal is important so people will know something is changing/moving.
Three or four weeks ago, I checked on coinexchange the pair btc/tips and there was 134 btc of TIPS at 1 sat and today 102 btc  (32 btc of TIPS bought in 3-4 weeks !!!) , the pair doge/tips is interesting ...
Just a few of marketing, everyone should talk about tips on trollbox ... telegram group like said up also good,...

so.. long life to Fedora and I'm sure that the coming months should be interseting because it's just the begining of cryptocurrency. mining, buy low, HOLD and wait until the D day.

bye

Accidentally put some money into TIPS, now looking at their profile I see latest tweets dating back to 2014, website URL not updated on Twitter profile... keeps me wonder should dead coins be still listed on the exchange? Or am I missing something here, and it`ll be mooning like tomorrow ? Cheesy Any enthusiast of this coin here?

I believe mooon is very near. There has been a lot of buying the last 10days. It seems some boys are accummulating for a bigger move. We could do a moon like comeback. Hashing had 20fold lately. Trades on nova and coinexch.

What's the best place to follow the updates on what's happening with the revival?

Its community take over but for some reason, the community didnt work well although its still around.
Dev from community also have another things to work for, so we stuck out of no where.

We need update or renew the concept of fedora itself but seem voluntary type is hard to achieved.
So how to make some people get involve in this revive project and GET PAID, its the main concern imho.

Marketing another need, but we dont know "the thing" to market

TIPS have list in CMC, and trade in coinexchange are the selling point, better than or compare to new born coin.

Side note :
Look at doge, their almost nothing new in their roadmap for years, but the keep stronger, that is community work imho.

From daily volume under 2k to roughly 60k in 1 month...  Might be a good time to park a little here in case something happens.  A cheap coin with a quickly increasing volume is going to start showing up on people's radar when they check what's trending on coinmarketcap.  The chart December chart looks volatile af at first glance was all super low volume.  It'll be interesting to watch this now that's it's settling and the community grows.

Look dimecoin (the fedoracoin sister for me), there's a lot of volume because there's lot of market place. The community work hard. Why not fedoracoin?

If we focus our efforts together, we can be one of the leaders in the cryptocoin market.

It is a participative project, psycodad and testbug and other active members do their job. a big thank you to them.
All the menbers of this thread want a price increase, so let's act.

If you don't have the technical skills (like me), contact a market place every day so that fedoracoin can become more democratic. If there are 100 people to do it every day, within a few months the future would be even brighter for fedoracoin.

A little action every day, for an impressive result in a year. If we all get started, in January 2019 I am convinced that fedoracoin will be in the leaders.

But does the community really want it? Smiley

I would advice you to synch from scratch, see my previous post on how to speed up synching:

I have contacted a new exchange to list TIPS, though they are like all exchanges overloaded from new users and are waiting for new hardware so it might take 2-3 weeks but I hope I can then convince them to list TIPS.
I'll keep you posted.

Absolutely agree, it's a community project. It only works if the community works for it. If you want to help, ask your favourite exchange to list TIPS, at the current volume in coinexchange it might be good business for smaller to medium sized exchanges.
