Hi guys

Wanting to let you know that I buy Bitcoins with Payoneer.
Payoneer transfer to another Payoneer card is free.
We can use an escrow/localbitcoins.

Let me know what you think.

Payoneer states in ther TOS that they don't do disputes and they may only in certain circumstances help people that are scammed. You can check this by reading their TOS.

I do understand that I'm new here and I may seem not very trustworthy , but I plan on doing this long term and we can start with low amounts. We can use escrow/localbitcoins.

As you can see in their TOS, their "help" is not quite helpful.

Wow, I just got scammed by Stoloweld https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=685320

As I'm new here , I 've sent 50$ to this scammer first and after that he doesn't reply to any of my messages. I learned the lesson the hard way,it seems.

You won't get your BTC back but at least you'll fuck with him by ruining one of his accounts if what you say is true.

Can't he just make another user if he's accused of being a scammer ?

Sure, but he'll still be a little pissed off. It would be much easier to use the current account with no negative feedback to scam compared to a brand new account.

Well I do have a payoneer acount but I seriously never used it . However I soon plan to use it and hopefully the best search engine in the world 'google ' might help you answering if payoneer chargeback is supported . As far as I know , payoneer is much popular and is far better than paypal .

Yes, payoneer doesn't have an option to dispute/chargeback . As I'm a newbie to this, I think I will only trade on a platform like localbitcoins or with members here that have with higher activity/trust with the help of an escrow . I started with enthusiasm here, but it went down the toilet quite fast Smiley

frankharmon57 ,

Payoneer doesn't have option to dispute/chargeback.

Technically a user can file a chargeback up to 90 days (and even more) from when the charge was performed. These are usually issued directly to the credit card company and MasterCard would basically automatically charge it back to them. When we get notification, we will ask you for proof that the job was performed (though it's very hard to prove of course), but honestly there are very few cases where this is resolved.

KenR,

Couple of things about what you posted :

1) The subject there is about when a 3rd party (that doesn't have a payoneer account ,just a VISA/MC card) loads a payoneer card
2) It says about the 3rd party being able to chargeback
3) It doesn't have anything to do with PAYONEER TO PAYONEER transfer which is handled on payoneer platform, option named SEND A PAYMENT. This option is the one I'm talking about here and it DOESN'T have option to chargeback/dispute ,being done on payoneer platform
4) Not anybody can perform this(SEND PAYMENT within payoneer platform) Only those verified can do this(I'm verified user on payoneer).

I haven't met anyone using Payoneer to exchange bitcoins. If Op is sincere then this can be a very good option to counter Paypal. I am a verified user of Payoneer for more than three years and would be happy to trade with sincere people through Payoneer.
