What is the sentence? I think the most important is the login identifier and password. If you login into your acc you can do anything.

That was smooth.Unfortunately he has lost it.

@OP,you can login into your account and save your private keys again. If you have access to the account you can pretty much back up everything.Check out your account settings, passwords and there should be an option to view your Mnemonic Phrase which can be used to recover your account incase you forget your password. On the main page, there is an option to back up your wallet,do that.

the sentence or the mnemonic phrase is only to recover "password" and "log-in link" so if you have these two, you should not worry there is no other use for the phrase.

AFAIK there is no way of recovering it if you have lost the mnemonic phrase. you can contact support and ask them about it because i can't find anything about recovering the phrase on their site.

Go to https://blockchain.info/wallet/forgot-password

There are two ways in which password can be changed:-

[1] Mnemonic Phrase (in your case which you don't have)

[2] Forgotten Identifier

Go here and type in email address from which your blockchain wallet was registered and type in captcha and hit "submit".Go to your email-id and check for password reset email and reset following the link.

i thought that if the email is changed and password by a hacker how will i get my wallet back, if i contact blockchain they might ask for i.d to get the account back. my info is not real thus making it impossible to get my lost account again

Be clear with your questions. As far as the answer is concerned the previous posts sum's up everything. Now,Do you have access to your wallet ? Do you have access to your email account ? Do you have access to your Mnemonic Phrase ?

How can hacker change your email and password ? Blockchain doesn't ask for any Id's to give account back,if you have the private key, your wallet can be recovered ,otherwise there is nothing they can do.Why don't you read the FAQ section of Blockchain.info ,they have pretty explained everything there.

Well if he hacks your email account he will for sure steal away bitcoins in your bitcoin address if you have btc in your wallet. So it is better to keep a tight password for email account registered with exchanges, pools or web wallets. However just for info. even if one know the wallet identifier and the password a hacker cannot access it until or unless he gets the link that is emailed about login from other computer which is a plus point.

Your email account needs to be as safe as your blockchain wallet itself, because if they have access to your email, they have access to pretty much all the account details to all the sites you use. I change my email password every month.
