If anyone has a USAA account that is not linked to Paypal, I want to use it to withdraw money from my limited paypal account.

NO,login will be provided..only withdrawal possible as they are genuine accounts and not random accounts opened with fake or stolen IDs

And then after withdrawing from paypal how will I be able to use the funds?
