It is probably the blog owner want to get some traffic, hence writing such craps. No particular direction has been given in the article.

Obesity can only be fought with awareness and nothing else.

That is not going to happen 100%. Imagine going to McDonalds or Burger King on a Friday and ordering a new row of sandwiches and getting rejected because you have already used all your 'fast food' points for the week last Monday alone   This will lead to some funny conversations at the checkout in supermarkets though.

It still has some merit to develop some sort of system to manage and store data about your food intake and to use that data to create awareness about Obesity. Studies have shown that obesity are linked to Diabetes and Cancer and many other illnesses.

If some APP could be linked with the Blockchain to monitor daily food intake and doctors can access this information to assist their patients, this will be less of a problem. Obesity is costing the medical industry Billions.

That's right! I'm wondering for how long people will repost articles from the fool's day, there are a lot of them on Facebook too.
