Well looks like this method and others has been paused since admin is thinking how to stop the early adopters to get huge ammounts,soo i believe you should and must pay your users even without them had made enought to payment,as faucet may not return anymore.
that's true , but i'm not certain that they wont realize how shuting down faucet and selling all remaining coins is going to do nothing but to make people go away.
To those that want to sell, there's a selling thread in alt marketplace. Those who worked for op tho, they should indeed get paid for their work.
