Well, I'm here for the first time and this account was created specially for this thread. My problem is
btc-e.com. It all began when I've lost the access to my email which is linked to my btc-e account. I was only depositing, not making any withdrawals, so I never really needed my email as it's only used for confirming that you're the real account owner who wants to take his money out of the account. Finally, I needed to withdraw certain amount of money, and the confirmation was sent to my email. Then I realized i've lost the access, tried to change the primary email address but according to btc-e rules I must have the access to my old email in order to do so. I created a couple of tickets explaining everything,
they never responded. I just want to change my email address that's it. It's been over a week now. So now I'm writing here, crying for help
Maybe someone can give me advice? What else can I do to get through to support? besides writing tickets which I've done already.
