I am ruining XP 32 with a Radion hd 6970 I just installed the latest drivers. Then I downloaded Poclbm and when I open Plclbm.exe  I get this error.
"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect"
I get the same message when I open it with a .bat using this command
"start /DC:\bitcoins\pfile poclbm.exe --user=***** --pass=***** --device=0"

I am at a complete loss for what I am doing wrong.

If you think I am worth it
