This sounds like the whole fractional reserve banking thing that we're all trying to get abolished.  How is this any different than our current centralized banking system?  Is this another Aprils Fools Day joke.  It certainly looks like that to me!  I've already been fooled a couple times today so why not another?  Cough-Cough BS!
