As they sell cracked accounts which is against the rules they got killed.

No, they come up again and again.
Users report them and the threads get deleted (and in case of repeated violations the users get banned aswell).

LOL.  3/4 of the threads here are selling cracked accounts or carded gift cards.  Don't quite understand the logic.  Seems very selective.

They hack/crack (-> steal) account information of paying users, enter those information into a database and sell said database to their clients.
It has nothing to do with "generating" accounts, it's just a nice way of saying "database of cracked account information".

True. Half of them are also usually garbage and full of not working accounts anyhow. You are better off just paying for the service you want/need, IMO.... (no experience, just what I heard).

And most of this generators are using all the same database or using just free posted login that you can find on many different forums if you like to watch or listen any services just buy it and on many of them you get a trial if you are not sure so no risk to waste money
