They have thought up a solution to prevent getting "your balls on the block" it's called escrow. But ofc everybody is free to choose whatever method of trading they like.

How many votes a user can vote in C-cex daily? It is not possible to rush up votes and get first in this week. The top ranking coin has 1011 votes. Raiblocks has only 33 votes. As per the captcha claims from the faucet, there were around 600+ votes. If C-cex allows 1 vote per day from 1 user, then it is possible to get listed in any week easily.
