Image not displaying ??

I'm fairly new to this board and it seems I'm not able to display a proper image 

In the post below, there should be an image instead of url link

I used the proper tag http://myurllink

Am I wrong ?

Newbies are not allowed to pos an image. It willbot show up. Once your account ranked up to jr. member you will be able to post pictures. Your post can be quote by a higher rank and it will how the photo that you posted.

Neh, you aren't. The image 'll be re-enabled once you reach the Jr. member rank AFAIK.

The other option is to ask someone that meets the rank to quote your image.   Then it would show it in post close to yours.  If your thread if you self moderate you could make sure person is second to post in your thread and quotes image.

Normally I try to help in hardware section and do this if someone new is sharing BTC hardware pics and it does not show.  I did not do that in your thread as I don't want to be associated with pyramid scheme.  But might be someone who is willing to do it.

I'd hate to subvert the rules by posting an image on your behalf but if you flip the image over and use BBcode (which I think newbies can dewbie) it looks similar to this.

I guess the problem is because the certificate for ip.bitcointalk.org expired yesterday. That is why images did not display correctly in some browser.
